  • pork belly block : 400g

Point

・Cook in a deep frying pan or pot.
・Cut the pork belly block into 8 equal parts if serving 4 people, and into 6 equal parts if serving 3 people.
・You can use pork loin if you like, but pork belly brings out the flavor more easily and is more tender.
- If you can't use honey, substitute sugar.
・Be sure to remove sliced garlic sprouts with toothpicks as they tend to become astringent and burn easily.
-Add water if there is not enough water in step 6.
・Broccoli will lose its color if you continue to boil it, so add it at the end.
