- 白菜 : 1/8個

Wipe the oil off the surface of the fried tofu with kitchen paper, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and place it in the pot.
Cut the pork belly into small pieces and add them to the pot.
Add the dashi granules and miso and simmer over low heat. -
