Ingredients
- egg : Four
- Crab stick : Ten
- Pure white sesame oil (for adding to egg juice) : 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce : 1/2 teaspoon
- Leek : 1/3 bottle (50g)
- Pure white sesame oil (for frying green onions) : 2 tablespoons
- water : 1 cup (200cc)
- Chicken soup base : 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce : 2 tablespoons
- soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- vinegar : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 2 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- potato starch : 1 tablespoon
- Pure white sesame oil (for adding to sweet and sour sauce) : 1/2 tbsp
- Hot rice : 3 go
