- sweet potato : 200g
- 鶏もも肉 : 250g
- 塩 : 少々
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ2
- (A)おろしにんにく : 小さじ1

Prepare the sweet potatoes

Mix (A) in a bowl.
Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces using a knife.
Soak in water for about 5 minutes, drain, and place in a heat-resistant container.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes. -

Prepare the chicken thighs

Cut off the excess sinew from the chicken thighs with a knife and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle salt on the chicken thighs and coat the surface with potato starch. -

Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
When the frying pan is hot, add the sweet potatoes and arrange them on one side of the frying pan.
Place the chicken thighs on the other half, skin side down, and grill until browned.
Turn the sweet potatoes and chicken thighs over, cover and steam-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Wipe off excess oil with kitchen paper and mix together the sweet potatoes and chicken thighs.
Mix the seasonings mixed in step 1 again and add them, then add the butter and melt it, evaporate the moisture from the seasonings and mix it all together. -
