- レモン汁 : 数滴
- 砂糖(卵白用) : 30g
- 砂糖(焼く用) : 適量
- 粉砂糖 : 適量

Sift in the flour and cornstarch and mix with a whisk.
In a separate bowl, mix the milk, butter, and black chocolate with a stirring machine until melted, then add to the egg yolk mixture and mix.
Pour into a pot and mix over low heat.
Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes. -
