Ingredients
- pecorino romano : 20g
- 卵 : 1個

Cut thick-sliced bacon into 1cm square sticks.

Place eggs and egg yolks in a bowl.
Add grated Pecorino Romano.
Add black pepper and mix well. -

Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
Add 1 and stir-fry over low heat.
Add (A) and heat.
Once it boils, add the pasta and cook until 80% of the water has evaporated.
Turn off the heat and let stand for 1 minute.

Point
・You can use Parmigiano or Grana Padano instead of Pecorino Romano.
-If you don't have any of the above cheeses, you can use powdered cheese instead, but the flavor will change.
・We use 1.6mm to 1.8mm pasta.
- If you are using a gas stove, tilt the frying pan in step 3 to bring the olive oil to the edge and heat the thickly sliced bacon in it to transfer the flavor and aroma.
