  • 塩 : 小さじ1/2
  • タコ : 薄切り7切れ程
  • おくら : 2本
  • (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/2
  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ1/2
  • (A)ごま油 : 大さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 00:35

    Sprinkle salt (not included in the recipe) on the okra and rub to remove the fibers.
    Wash the okra after removing the fibers.
    Bring water (not included in the recipe) to a boil in a small saucepan.
    Cut off the stems of the cucumbers and slice them into thin strips using a slicer over a bowl.
    Sprinkle salt on the cucumbers, toss to combine and set aside for 5 minutes.
    Slice the octopus thinly.

    1で沸かしたお湯に、おくらを入れて30秒茹でる。
    取り出したおくらを、流水で冷ます。
    おくらのヘタを切り落とす。

    ボウルに(A)を入れて、混ぜ合わせる。
    1のきゅうりの水分を、手で絞り別のボウルへ移す。
    2のおくらを薄切りにしたものと、タコをきゅうりのボウルへ入れる。
    よく混ぜ合わせた(A)をかけ、全体を和えたら完成。

Point

・塩分を控えたい場合は、きゅうりの塩をすすいでから使用する。
・味が馴染みづらくなるので、きゅうりの水分はよく絞ること。
・冷蔵庫で寝かせる場合は、きゅうりは少し太めに切るのがおすすめ。
・お好みで生姜やにんにくを入れても良い。
・コショウや、ラー油をかけて食べるのもおすすめ。
