1の上下を返し、耐熱皿を回転させ、再度600Wの電子レンジで4分加熱する。
アルミホイルで包み、8分おいて余熱で火を通す。 -

合わせ調味料を作る

耐熱ボウルにみりんを入れて、電子レンジで30秒ほど加熱する。
味噌を加えて混ぜる。
いりごまを手ですりつぶしながら加えて混ぜる。
Point
