Ingredients
- spring cabbage : 400g

- (B) Zero-sugar cooking sake (for sweet miso sauce) : 大さじ1
- (B) Miso : 大さじ2
- (B)Liquid sweetener : 小さじ2
- 濃口醤油 : 小さじ1/2
- 黒炒りごま : 適量

Prepare the chicken fillet

Sprinkle salt (not listed) on the fillet and pour over the zero-carbohydrate cooking sake.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. -

Preparing the spring cabbage

Cut the spring cabbage into 4-5mm wide pieces.
Finely chop the core.
Place the spring cabbage in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. -

Make sweet miso sauce

Add (B) and 2 tablespoons of the boiling water from 1 to a bowl and mix.
