Ingredients

  • たこ焼き粉 : 50g
  • 水 : 180cc
  • 紅しょうが : 25g
  • 長ねぎ : 30g
  • タコ : 80g
  • 油 : 大さじ1
  • (A)鰹粉 : 3g
  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ1
  • (A)うま味調味料 : 6振り
  • (A)塩 : ひとつまみ
  • (A)卵 : 1個
  • 青のり : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 02:26

    タコは、小さめに切る。
    紅しょうがは、細かく刻む。
    長ねぎは、粗みじん切りにする。

  2. 2) たこ焼き生地を作る 04:44

    ボウルに、たこ焼き粉と水を入れて混ぜる。
    (A)を入れる。
    よく混ぜ合わせる。

  3. 3) 焼く 06:44

    玉子焼き機を火にかける。
    油を入れて、温める。
    2を流し入れる。
    箸で混ぜる。
    1の具材を入れる。
    生地の底が少し固まってきたら、ヘラで生地を半分に折る。
    形を整えながら、焼いていく。
    底が焼けてきたら、フライパンの蓋を使い生地全体を裏返す。
    油(分量外)を適量足し入れ、生地の下に滑り込ませ焼く。
    お皿に盛り付け、青のりを振りかけたら完成。

Point

・This is a recipe for square takoyaki using an tamagoyaki machine.
・In the video, I use the green part of the green onion, but you can use whatever part you like.
・If you don't have bonito powder, you can use finely chopped bonito flakes.
・I forgot to mention it in the video, but it's a good idea to add tenkasu.
・When making with soft flour, it is a good idea to add dashi stock and umami seasoning.
・After serving, eat with your favorite toppings and seasonings.
