Ingredients

  • 鶏もも肉 : 1枚
  • 塩(鶏もも用) : 小さじ1/2
  • ほうれん草 : 1袋
  • マカロニ : 200g
  • 塩(マカロニ用) : 小さじ1
  • (A)バター : 50g
  • (A)牛乳 : 500cc
  • (A)薄力粉 : 大さじ3
  • チーズ : 200g

Procedure

  1. 1) 具材を切る 04:49

    ほうれん草の根元を切り落として水洗いし、5cm幅に切る。
    水にさらしてアク抜きをする。
    鶏もも肉は皮を取り除いて小さめの一口大に切る。

  2. 2) 炒める 06:33

    冷たいフライパンに切った鶏肉を入れて火にかけ、塩(鶏もも用)をして炒める。
    両面に軽く色ずくまで炒めたら、ほうれん草を加えて強火で炒め合わせる。
    ほうれん草に火が通ったら、お皿に取り出しておく。

  3. 3) ホワイトソースを作る 10:17

    2のフライパンに(A)を入れて火にかけ、ホイッパーで混ぜながら加熱する。
    同時に、マカロニを茹でるお湯が沸いたら塩(マカロニ用)を加えてマカロニを入れて茹でる。
    ソースにとろみがついてきたら一旦火を止めて、チーズの3/4量をを加えて溶かす。
    茹で上がったマカロニと2をソースに加えて混ぜ合わせる。

  4. 4) 焼く 15:19

    グラタン皿に3を入れ、残りのチーズを乗せて220度のオーブンで15分焼いて完成。

Point

- Boil the macaroni for 2 minutes, then cover and turn off the heat, but the residual heat will keep it on fire.
・Turn off the heat when melting the cheese. Be careful not to melt it while heating, as it will separate.
-You can use any type of cheese you like, but if you have cheddar cheese, we recommend adding it as it will improve the color.
・Since this recipe uses a lot of cheese, the sauce and ingredients may need to be less flavorful.
