Ingredients

  • potato : 3 pieces (400g)

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare ingredients 02:01

    Remove the sprouts and peel the potatoes.
    Cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Place in a bowl filled with water (not listed) and soak.
    Slice the onion into 5mm-wide slices.
    Remove the buds from the garlic and chop it finely.
