    春キャベツは、食べやすい大きさにざく切りにする。
    にんじんは、細切りにする。
    きゅうりは、縦半分に切って斜めの薄切りにする。
    切った野菜を、ボウルに入れる。
    塩を振り入れ、野菜を揉んでいく。
    全体に塩を揉み込んだら、10分ほど放置する。

  2. 2) 野菜の水分を絞る 04:42

    生姜の皮を剥き、千切りにする。
    10分放置した1の、余分な水分を絞り別のボウルへ移す。
    生姜の千切りを、ボウルへ入れる。

  3. 3) 味付けをする 07:27
