- 卵 : 4個
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ4
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ2
- (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
- (B) Alcohol : 大さじ4
- (B) Water : 200ml
- 味噌 : 小さじ1
- にんにく : 1片

Prepare the ingredients

Wipe off any drippings from the chicken wings with kitchen paper and place in a bowl.
Add (A) and knead with your hands, then leave at room temperature.
Put a suitable amount of water (not included in the recipe) in a pot and bring it to a boil, add the eggs and boil for 8 minutes, then peel them.
Put (B) into the bowl with the chicken wings and add the peeled garlic with the root cut off. -

鍋にボウルの中身を移し入れ、火にかけたら落し蓋をする。
沸騰したら弱火にして、ゆで卵を加え落し蓋をして5分煮る。
具材を全てひっくり返したら、再度落し蓋をして10分煮る。 -

仕上げる

鍋に味噌を加えたら火を止め、味噌を溶かし混ぜる。
火にかけてお好みの水分量になるまで煮詰めたら、お皿に盛り付けて完成。
Point
・Adding vinegar breaks down the protein and makes the chicken wings softer.
・When adding seasonings to the bowl, you can also add ginger or green onions if you like.
・If it boils down too much, add water.
- Be careful not to boil down too much in the final finishing step, as the flavor of the miso will be lost.
