フライパンを強火に火にかけ、エノキを入れ焼き色を付ける。
しんなりとしたら中火にして、水分が抜けて焼き色がついたら豚こま切れ肉を加え炒める。
豚こま切れ肉に火が通ったら(A)を加え炒め混ぜ、バターを加え溶かし混ぜる。
お皿に盛り付け黒コショウを振りかけ、ハサミで小ネギを切ったら上に乗せて完成。
