黒ゴマを加えて、混ぜる。 -

180度に温めた油へ、ちくわを入れる。
衣に焼き色が付いたら取り出し、キッチンペーパーで油を切る。
お皿に盛り付けたら、完成。
Point
・Small, bite-sized chikuwa are used in the video.
