- (A)片栗粉 : 大さじ3
- (A)水 : 大さじ1.5
- (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ1
- 黒ごま : 大さじ2
- 油 : 適量

生地を作る

ボウルに(A)を入れて、混ぜる。
黒ゴマを加えて、混ぜる。 -

揚げる

ちくわを、1へ加えて混ぜ合わせる。
180度に温めた油へ、ちくわを入れる。
衣に焼き色が付いたら取り出し、キッチンペーパーで油を切る。
お皿に盛り付けたら、完成。
Point
・Small, bite-sized chikuwa are used in the video.
・If using a long chikuwa, tear it into pieces with your hands.
・Preheat the oil to 180 degrees.
-Scoop the chikuwa along with the batter using a spoon and drop it into the oil.
-Do not touch the food at the beginning of frying as the batter will come off.
- If you add a large amount at once, the temperature of the oil will drop, so fry in small amounts.
