- しらたき : 1袋
- 豆腐 : 1丁

- (A) Granulated soup stock : 8g
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ3
- (A) Cooking sake : 大さじ3
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ3
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- (A)水 : 300cc

Peel the onion and cut it into 1cm slices.
Wash the shirataki noodles and cut them into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
Cut off the stems of the Enoki mushrooms and split them up by hand. -

Put beef fat in a frying pan and heat it.
Once hot, add the onion, enoki mushrooms, and beef in that order and stir fry.
Once the oil is evenly distributed, add the tofu and stir fry.
Place the shirataki noodles away from the beef.
Add (A) and simmer for 10 minutes.
When there is 1 minute left, add the diagonally sliced spring onions. -

- A filling and nutritionally balanced dish made with beef and vegetables.
・If you don't have beef tallow, you can substitute 1 tablespoon of salad oil.
- If shirataki is boiled together with beef, the meat will become tough, so add it separately.
・In the video, the spring onions are added at the end and cooked until they still have a nice texture, but if you cook them together from the beginning, they will become softer and sweeter. Adjust the cooking time to your liking.
-It's also delicious if you sprinkle shichimi pepper on top to taste.
