Make fried eggs

Add salad oil to a cold frying pan.
Crack the eggs into a colander and drain the water.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the eggs from a low angle.
When it's cooked, remove it. -

5のラップを外して軽く混ぜる。
お皿にオートミールご飯を盛り、横に6を乗せる。
上に目玉焼きとトッピング用バジルの葉を乗せたら完成。
Point
・By draining the water from the eggs, you can make perfectly shaped fried eggs.
- Adding the eggs from a low position reduces the impact on the yolk, resulting in a softer egg.
・Sweet basil is used in the video, but holy basil is used in Thailand.
- Fresh basil leaves tend to discolor easily, so mix them in last.
When cutting garlic, wet your hands first to prevent it from smelling.
- Fish sauce has a strong flavor, so we use white dashi instead.
- Adding seasonings to the ground chicken and breaking it up will allow the flavors to penetrate more easily and make it easier to break down.
- You can microwave it for 1 minute 20 seconds at 600W, or 1 minute 30 seconds at 500W.
