- (A)塩 : 5~6g
- (A)砂糖 : 30g
- (A)醤油 : 5g
- (A)酢 : 45g
- (A)水 : 150g

Cut fresh onions

Peel the onion, wash it and remove the green parts.
Cut it in half, remove the root, slice thinly along the grain and transfer to a ziplock bag. -
