  • ホアジャオ : 適量
  • 卵黄(トッピング用) : 1個
  • 油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 02:10

    耐熱の器に、豚ひき肉を入れる。
    (A)を入れて、混ぜ合わせる。
    ラップをして、500wの電子レンジで3分加熱する。
    にんにくを、薄切りにする。
    長ねぎを、粗みじん切りにする。
    卵はボウルに割り入れ、溶いておく。
    加熱した豚ひき肉を、スプーンなどでほぐす。

  2. 2) 炒める 07:03

    Heat a frying pan.
    Add oil.
    Add the garlic and eggs.
    Add the rice and use the back of the ladle to push the rice down while mixing it with the egg.

  3. 3) 味付けをする 09:18

    うま味調味料と1の豚ひき肉と長ねぎを入れて、炒め合わせる。
    (B)を入れて、炒める。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 11:09

    お皿に3を盛り付ける。
    お好みでホアジャオを振りかけ、真ん中に卵黄を落としたら完成。

Point

If using cold rice, warm it up beforehand.
