Crack the eggs into a bowl, lightly beat the yolks and cover lightly with plastic wrap.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Cook while keeping an eye on the eggs until they are cooked through, then remove them from the pot and break them into small pieces with a fork.
Mix mayonnaise, black pepper, and cheese. -
