- 絹豆腐 : 150g

Place silken tofu in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add the pancake mix and mix with a rubber spatula, cutting motion.
Press the dough down with a rubber spatula and turn it over to combine the dough. -

Flour your cutting board and hands and remove the dough.
Dust with flour and flatten the dough into a ball.
Shape the rest in the same way.
Place on baking sheet leaving space between them.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 23 minutes and it's done.

・Use pancake mix, soft flour, strong flour, etc. for dusting.
