Ingredients

  • (A) Water : 210ml
  • (A) Yeast : 3g
  • (B) Strong flour : 300g
  • (B) Salt : 3g
  • 玉ねぎ : 20g
  • 牛ひき肉 : 200g
  • (C) Tomato sauce : 240ml
  • (C) Salt : 適量
  • (C) Black pepper : 適量
  • (C) Dried parsley : 適量
  • モッツァレラチーズ : 適量

Procedure

    Add (A) to a bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula.
    Add (B) and mix thoroughly.
