- (A) Soft flour : 100g
- (A) Cane sugar : 35g

Make the dough

Sift (A) into a bowl.
Add the unsalted butter cut into 1cm cubes and mix using a cutting motion with a curd.
Once the unsalted butter has broken into small pieces, crush it with your hands and mix it in.
When the unsalted butter has crumbled into rice-like pieces, add the milk and mix using a cutting motion with a curd.
Break the bitter chocolate into pieces with your hands and add the sliced almonds, then mix with the curd.
Once it comes together, knead it with your hands to form a ball.
Preheat the oven to 170°C. -
