Point
・Powdered gelatin becomes difficult to solidify when boiled, so be careful not to overheat it.
・If any lumps of gelatin remain in step 2, microwave for an additional 30 seconds and mix further.
A simple milk pudding recipe that just requires melting in the microwave and then cooling.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
