Ingredients
- sliced cheese : 4 pieces (approx. 55-60g)
- 牛乳 : 60ml
- 砂糖 : 大さじ3(約27〜30g)
- Oil (for dough) : 大さじ2(約28〜30g)
- ヨーグルト : 60g
- 卵 : 1個
- ホットケーキミックス : 150g
- 油(焼く用) : 適量
- バター : 適量

Make the dough

Place the sliced cheese and milk in a heat-resistant bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 50 seconds to 1 minute.
Mix with a whisk and cool.
Add sugar and mix.
Add oil (for dough).
Mix in the yogurt.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add the hot cake mix and mix. -

Put 1 into a container and drop it 3 to 4 times to remove the air.
Cover with plastic wrap leaving some space.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 3 minutes 40 seconds to 4 minutes 20 seconds.
Remove the plastic wrap and insert a skewer to check that no raw dough sticks to it. -

Add oil (for frying) to a frying pan.
Heat over medium heat, remove the baking paper from the steamed bread, tear it into small pieces and place it in the frying pan.
When the temperature has risen, add the steamed bread and bake for 40 to 1 minute.
Flip it over, add butter and allow it to soak in completely.
Point
・Uses a 950ml container.
- We use unsweetened yogurt.
- Heat and mix the sliced cheese and milk, then leave to cool while you line a container with parchment paper.
- When heating the dough in the microwave, if the dough is raw, heat it for an additional 30 seconds at a time.
