For the omelet, add butter to a frying pan over medium heat, melt it and spread it evenly.
Once it has been spread evenly, remove the butter, turn the heat to low and pour in 2.
Cover with the lid from step 3 and steam for 5 minutes.
Once the outside is cooked through and the inside is half-cooked, fold it in half with a rubber spatula and press lightly.
Cook uncovered for about 1 minute until golden brown, then add butter to the remaining space and melt it slightly, then flip the French toast over.
Bake for about 1 minute while adjusting the shape, and when both sides are golden brown, it's done.
Point
・The amount per serving is shown.
- For oatmeal, it is best to use quick oats or instant oats.
Milk can be substituted with soy milk or almond milk.
・We use large eggs, but medium eggs can also be used.
-Honey is used to give it richness, but you can substitute your favorite sugar.
- You can use salted butter instead of unsalted butter.
・I use a frying pan measuring 18 x 14 cm for making omelets.
-You can also eat it with maple syrup or powdered sugar if you like.
