ラップをしたまま、めん棒で叩いて潰す。
新じゃがいもが潰れて平らになったら、1cmの厚みになるように、丸く形を整える。 -

フライパンを中火にかけて温める。
バターを入れて溶かす。
1のラップを外してフライパンに置く。
表面に焼き色がつくまで裏返しながら焼く。 -

味付けをする

めんつゆを回しかけて2に絡める。
海苔を巻いて完成。
Point
- Wash new potatoes thoroughly as you will be using the skins.
- When heating new potatoes in the microwave, heat each one for 2 minutes.
-When baking, new potatoes will already be cooked, so bake until the surface is browned.
