- Firm tofu : 350g

- (A)糖質ゼロ料理酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)濃口醬油 : 大さじ2
- (A)液状人工甘味料 : 大さじ1
- (A)顆粒和風だし : 少々
- (A)水 : 大さじ2

- 万能ねぎ : 適量

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.

Add (A) to a bowl and mix well.

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add the ground beef and salt and pepper.
Once lightly cooked, push them to the side to make space in the centre, add the firm tofu and crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
Add 2 and mix, cover and simmer over low to medium heat for 3 minutes.
Pour in the beaten eggs, cover, and when they are half-cooked, sprinkle with green onions and it's done.
