- 砂糖 : 小さじ1
- (B) Granulated consommé : 小さじ1
- (B)ウスターソース : 大さじ2
- (B) Ketchup : 大さじ2
- (B) Curry powder : 大さじ2
- (B) Water : 150ml
- 卵 : 1個
- ご飯 : 適量

Procedure

Cutting vegetables

Chop the onion into fine pieces.
Cut off the stem of the carrot, peel it and chop it finely. -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat for about 30 seconds.
Add 1, then (A) and stir fry well for about 3 minutes.
Once cooked, push them to the outside to leave space in the center and add the ground beef.
Spread the ground meat all over and break it down, then mix it all together and fry until the ground meat is cooked through.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add (B) and mix well. Simmer for about 6 minutes while evaporating the water, then turn off the heat. -
