  • (A) Zero-carb cooking sake : 大さじ2
  • (A) Dark soy sauce : 小さじ1
  • (A) Garlic powder : 小さじ2
  • (A) Liquid artificial sweeteners : 小さじ1
  • (A) Black pepper : 少々
  • (A) Umami seasoning : 5振り
  • オリーブオイル : 適量
  • バター : 10g

Procedure

  1. 1) Marinate the chicken thighs 01:04

    Transfer the chicken thighs to a zip bag, add (A) and rub together thoroughly.
    Squeeze out the air, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
