Ingredients

  • 牛乳 : 45g
  • ホットケーキミックス : 75g
  • ココアパウダー : 10g
  • 砂糖 : 20g
  • ハチミツ : 10g
  • バター : 5g
  • ブラックチョコレート : 50g
  • 生クリーム : 50g
  • クルミ : 適量
  • チョコホイップ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 材料を混ぜる 01:19

    卵をボウルに割り入れ、牛乳を加え泡だて器で混ぜる。
    ホットケーキミックスとココアパウダーを加え軽く混ぜ、砂糖とハチミツ、溶かしたバターを加え混ぜる。
    しっかり混ぜたら牛乳を少量ずつ加え、その都度混ぜ生地の固さを調整する。

  2. 2) 生地を焼く 02:52

    Put the dough into a piping bag, move the dough firmly towards the bottom and pipe it into the mold.
    Squeeze the mixture to half the height of the container and microwave at 200 W for 3 minutes 4 times.
    Once the dough is cooked, remove it from the mold and wrap it one by one in plastic wrap to remove the rough heat.

  3. 3) 生チョコを作る 05:10

    チョコレートを細かく刻み、電子レンジで500W1分加熱する。
    生クリームを500Wの電子レンジで1分加熱し、チョコレートの入った容器に移し溶かし混ぜる。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 05:41

    ドーナツの後ろ側真ん中部分に爪楊枝を2本差す。
    刺さった爪楊枝を持ち手にして、生チョコに表面を浸してコーティングする。
    砕いたクルミを適量振りかけ、ドーナツの半量を同じようにコーティングして10分置く。
    残りのドーナツの裏面に生チョコを絞り袋に入れ回しかけ、その上にホイップクリームを乗せる。
    コーティングしておいたドーナツを上に乗せサンドし、お皿に盛り付けたら完成。

Point

・Heat the butter in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to melt it.
・The dough for the donuts should be loose enough that it falls like a ribbon from the top.
・By adding the amount of sugar specified, the dough will be soft and baked.
・The total heating time for the microwave is 12 minutes.
- When mixing chocolate and fresh cream, if it doesn't melt completely, heat it slightly in the microwave.
