- 人参 : 30g

Rehydrate the freeze-dried tofu in water (not included in the recipe), squeeze the water out thoroughly with your hands, and cut it into 3cm cubes.

Heat oil in a small pan to 170 degrees and deep fry the freeze-dried tofu.
Once the moisture has evaporated and the meat is fragrant, remove it from the oven and drain on kitchen paper. -

鍋に(A)、人参、ひじきを入れて弱め中火で煮る。
2~3分煮たら高野豆腐を加え、煮汁がなくなるまで弱火で煮る。
蓋をして冷ましたら完成。
Point
・If using dried hijiki, soaking 7 to 8 g in water will make it about 60 g.
・The noodle soup used is three times concentrated.
・Deep frying the freeze-dried tofu gives it a rich, delicious flavor.
