    2のメレンゲに1の卵黄を加える。
    ハンドミキサーで1速(低速)約30秒混ぜる。
    ボウルにホットケーキミックスを混ぜる。
    ゴムベラでボウルを手前に動かしながら20回素早く混ぜる。

  4. 4) 生地を仕上げる 04:25

    Add a scoop of 3 batter to the bowl with 1 oil and milk and mix.
    Mix quickly 20 times while moving the bowl forward with a rubber spatula.

  5. 5) 生地を焼く 04:56

    1のケーキ型に4の生地を流し入れる。
    天板にケーキ型をのせる。
    170度に予熱したオーブンで30分焼く。
    ケーキ型から生地を取り出す。
    粗熱をとって完成。

Point

・Use L size eggs if possible.
