Ingredients
- egg : Three
- グラニュー糖 : 60g
- 薄力粉 : 60g
- サラダ油 : 15g
- 牛乳 : 15g
- バニラオイル : 3振り
- (A)生クリーム : 200ml
- (A)グラニュー糖 : 50g
- マスカルポーネチーズ : 200g
- コーヒー : 適量
- ココアパウダー : 適量

Procedure

Make the dough

Add the eggs to a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add the granulated sugar and mix with a hand mixer.
Sift in the flour and mix with a rubber spatula.
Add the salad oil, milk and vanilla oil to a separate bowl and add a small amount of the batter, mix well and then add it back into the batter.
Mix with a rubber spatula. -

Bake the dough

Pour 1 onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten the dough and drop it from a height of 10cm to remove any air bubbles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from the baking sheet and let cool. -

Making the cream

Add (A) to a bowl placed in ice water (not included in the recipe) and whip with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Place the mascarpone cheese in a separate bowl and cream it with a rubber spatula.
Add a scoop of whipped cream to the bowl with the mascarpone cheese and mix with a rubber spatula.
Add the remaining cream and mix. -
