- Bitter melon : 1/2 bottle
- 卵 : 2個
- ツナオイル漬け : 1個
- ツナオイル漬けの油 : 適量
- 醤油 : 小さじ2

Remove the stem of the bitter melon, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and pulp.
Slice the bitter melon into thin slices 2mm wide. -

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the oil from the tuna oil soaked in it, then add the bitter melon and stir fry.
Add the tuna in oil and stir fry.
Add soy sauce and stir fry.
Beat the eggs and add and mix.
When the eggs are half-cooked, turn off the heat and it's done.
Point
・This is enough for two people.
-Perfect for breakfast or as a side dish for your lunch box.
・Do not soak bitter melon in water (not included in the recipe), as this will cause the vitamin C and bitter components to dissolve.
-You can add chopped ham or sausage to your liking.
