- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/4
- (A) Perilla oil : 大さじ2と1/2

Add instant ramen noodles to a pot and boil for 2 minutes.
Place the roasted seaweed in a plastic bag and knead it with your hands.
Place the instant ramen noodles in a colander and rinse with water (not included in the recipe) to drain. -

Point
・A recipe for perilla oil ramen using instant noodles.
・If substituting dark soy sauce for light soy sauce, reduce the amount by 2/3 tablespoon and also reduce the amount of sugar.
・Roasted seaweed cannot be substituted with seasoned seaweed.
If you don't have thin green onions, you can use long green onions instead.
