  • 人参 : 2本(300g)
  • (A) White wine vinegar : 大さじ4
  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
  • 塩 : 小さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut the carrots 01:50

    Cut off the stem and bottom of the carrot.

    空気を抜いて口を閉じ、5分置く。
    水分が出たらポリ袋の端を切り落とし、水分を絞り出す。

  3. 3) 漬ける 05:46

    保存容器に人参を移して軽くほぐす。
    (A)を加えてよく混ぜる。
    全体に馴染んだらラップを表面に張り付け、冷蔵庫で30分漬けたら完成。
