- 人参 : 2本(300g)
- (A) White wine vinegar : 大さじ4
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- 塩 : 小さじ1/2

Cut the carrots

Cut off the stem and bottom of the carrot.
Slice thinly using a slicer, then cut into thin strips.
Transfer to a plastic bag. -

Drain the carrots

塩を加え、空気を含ませて口を閉じ、振って全体に馴染ませる。
空気を抜いて口を閉じ、5分置く。
水分が出たらポリ袋の端を切り落とし、水分を絞り出す。 -

保存容器に人参を移して軽くほぐす。
(A)を加えてよく混ぜる。
全体に馴染んだらラップを表面に張り付け、冷蔵庫で30分漬けたら完成。
Point
