Ingredients
- egg : 1 piece

- 牛乳 : 140g
- Strong flour : 300g (2 cups)
- 塩 : 3g(小さじ1/2)
- 無塩バター : 20g(大さじ1と1/2)
- East : 3g (1 teaspoon)

Add the strong flour and salt and mix.
Knead with your hands.
Cover and let sit for 20 minutes.
Take the dough out and add unsalted butter and knead it in.
Roll the dough into a ball and place in a bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about 1 hour.
Take out the dough and divide it into 9 equal parts, then knead each part.
Place on a baking tray, cover with plastic wrap, and leave to rise for about 40 minutes. -
