- 牛乳 : 100g
- ホットケーキミックス : 150g

Make the dough

Peel a banana, place in a bowl and mash finely with a fork.
Add milk to bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add the pancake mix and mix with a rubber spatula until there are no lumps or powdery parts. -

生地を焼く

クッキングシートを敷いたパウンドケーキ型に、生地を流し入れる。
軽く表面をゴムベラで整える。
バナナ1本を縦半分に切り、生地の上に断面が上を剥くように乗せる。
天板にパウンドケーキ型を乗せ、アルミホイルを被せる。
1000Wのトースターで20分～30分焼く。 -

粗熱を取る

トースターから取り出したら、天板から降ろして粗熱を取る。
パウンドケーキ型から取り外し、お好みのサイズに切り分けてお皿に盛り付けたら完成。
Point
- Make sure to use ripe bananas.
- You can mash the bananas to your liking, but leaving some of their shape will improve the texture.
・An 18cm pound cake mold is used in the video.
- Cut the baking paper to fit the pound cake mold in advance.
・Adjust the baking time while watching the dish.
Baking time is not included in the recipe time.
