  • みょうが : 1個
  • いりごま : 適量
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
  • 醤油 : 大さじ1
  • 酢 : 大さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) タレを作る 00:52

    耐熱容器に(A)を入れて、600wの電子レンジで20秒ほど加熱したら醤油と酢を入れ混ぜ合わせる。

    大葉は軸を切り落としたら、縦半分にし千切りにする。
    みょうがは、縦半分にし薄切りにする。

    キャベツを千切りにする。
    ボウルにキャベツと塩を入れて、手で揉む。
    キャベツから出てきた水気を絞り、みじん切りにする。
    別のボウルに(B)を入れて、粘りが出てくるまで練り合わせる。
    みじん切りしたキャベツを加え、混ぜ合わせる。

    Wet the edges of the gyoza skin with water.
