- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)ごま油 : 大さじ1
- (A)薄力粉 : 大さじ1
- (B)醤油 : 小さじ1
- (B)酢 : 小さじ1
- (B)砂糖 : 小さじ1
- (B)ごま油 : 小さじ1
- (B)いりごま : 適量

ナスの下準備をする

ナスのヘタを切り落とし、縦半分に切る。
更に縦半分に切った後、5mm幅に切ってボウルに移す。
(A)を上から順に加え、その都度混ぜて全体に馴染ませる。 -

器に(B)を入れてよく混ぜる。

焼く

1に卵を割り入れ、よく混ぜる。
フライパンに少量の油(分量外)を引いて中火にかける。
生地を少量残し、ナスをフライパンに入れて広げる。
全体に広がったら、残しておいた生地を上からかける。
焼き色がついたら裏返して、弱火にする。
両面焼き色がついたら、お好みの焼き加減まで焼く。 -

盛り付ける

食べやすい大きさに切り、お皿に盛り付ける。
タレを添えたら完成。
Point
- Eggplant does not need to be soaked in water, but it is best to do this quickly before the bitterness comes out.
