Ingredients
- Spring cabbage : 1/8 piece
- Tuna can : 1 can
- (A) Mayonnaise : 3 tbsp
- (A) Grated cheese : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 tsp
- pasta : 200g
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- egg yolk : 2 pieces
- Pink pepper : a little

Cut cabbage

Cut the cabbage into thick strips.

Boil the pasta

Put plenty of salt (outside the amount) in boiling water in a pan, add pasta and boil for 1 minute.
Cover, turn off the heat and boil for hours. -

Point
・ Boil pasta If you cook while boiling water, you can do it efficiently.
・ Since shredded cabbage is made into coleslaw, if it is cut too thin, the texture will be lost, so cut it thick.
・ Boil pasta for 1 minute, cover it, turn off the heat and leave it, so it's easy and economical.
・ By entwining olive oil with the boiled pasta, the pasta does not stick to each other and the aroma spreads and is delicious.
・ Coleslaw is delicious even when eaten as a salad.
