  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
  • (A) Vinegar : 小さじ1
  • (A) Alcohol : 大さじ3

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the fried tofu 20:20

    Cut the fried tofu into strips about 5 mm wide.
    Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them, then add the fried tofu and mix well.
    Add the potato starch and mix well.
