Ingredients
- Chocolate bar (milk chocolate) : 1 sheet (50g)
- Salted butter : 40g
- Egg (M to L size) : 1 piece
- sugar : 20g
- (A) Cake flour : 10g
- (A) Unsweetened cocoa powder : 20g

In an 18 cm heat-resistant bowl, crush the chocolate bar by hand, add butter, and heat it in a 600 w microwave oven for 50 to 60 seconds without wrapping.

Mix with a whisk until smooth. Add sugar and eggs in that order and mix well with a whisk each time. Put (A) in a sieve, sift into a bowl and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixed ingredients into the cup evenly, add a 1000w toaster and heat for 6-8 minutes. Touch the surface and bake until the dough doesn't stick, then sprinkle with powdered sugar as you like with a tea strainer.
Point
・ When melting chocolate, if it is heated too much in the microwave, the chocolate will separate and become unpalatable, so heating to the extent that it melts is sufficient.
・ If you add the egg first, it will harden due to heat, so add it after the sugar. Eggs should be added after the chocolate has cooled a little.
・ For toasters with strong heat, shorten the baking time. If you don't eat immediately after baking, store it in the refrigerator, and when you eat it, heat it in a 600w microwave oven for about 50 seconds.
