Ingredients
- Deep-fried tofu : 1 piece (200g)
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- (A) Water : 50ml
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- (A) Miso : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1
- 豚ひき肉 : 150g
- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- 生姜 : 1かけ
- 青ネギ : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量

Cut the fried tofu into 1-2cm pieces and place in a bag.

・Serves 2.
・You can use either silken or firm tofu for the fried tofu.
・Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
If you are bothered by the smell of the ground pork, you can increase the amount of ginger.
-You can also arrange it in a rice bowl or mix it with udon or yakisoba.
You can add garlic or curry powder to taste.
-If you like, you can add mushrooms or tomatoes to the ingredients, or replace the green onions with chives.
