Ingredients

  • Enoki mushroom : 1 bag
  • にんにく : 1片
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
  • (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Dried bonito : 2.5g
  • ご飯 : 適量
  • かいわれ大根 : 1パック
  • 卵黄 : 1個
  • キムチ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Preparing the Nametake 00:34

    Cut off the base of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into pieces about 3cm wide.
    After loosening the root part with your hands, place the cut enoki mushrooms in a heat-resistant container.
    Cut off the root of the garlic, crush it with the back of a knife, peel it and chop it finely.
    Put the garlic into the bowl with the enoki mushrooms, add (A) and mix with chopsticks.
    Lightly cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
    Remove and mix.

    かいわれ大根は根元部分を切り落とし、半分に切る。

    ご飯を適量お皿に盛り付け、キムチを適量乗せる。
    なめたけを乗せ、カイワレ大根を全体に散らす。
    ご飯の中央部分に卵黄を乗せて完成。

Point

If you don't like garlic, you can substitute it with ginger.
・If you want a sweeter taste like commercially available nametake, add 1 tablespoon of sugar when adding the seasonings in step 1.
