Ingredients
- Rice : 2 cups
- ブロッコリー : 1房
- トマト缶 : 1缶
- 鶏むねミンチ : 400g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- ズッキーニ : 1/2本
- なす : 1本
- 黄パプリカ : 1個
- カレールー : 2袋
- ニンニク : 1片
- 生姜 : 1/2片
- オリーブオイル : 大さじ1/2
- 塩(ブロッコリー用) : 少々
- 塩(野菜用) : 2つまみ
- 塩(鶏むねミンチ用) : 少々
- 水 : 400ml

Procedure

Make broccoli rice

Wash the broccoli by shaking it in water (not included in the recipe).
Separate the broccoli into florets and stalks.
Cut around the broccoli stem.
Put rice and 1.5 cups of water (not included in the recipe) into a rice cooker.
Add broccoli and salt (for the broccoli).
Place the rice cooker in the rice cooker and cook rice. -

Remove the stems from the zucchini and cut into 1cm cubes.
Remove the calyx and stem of the eggplant and cut into 1cm cubes.

Point
・Rice can be substituted with multigrain rice, brown rice, or barley rice.
- One bag of curry roux contains enough for two servings and is medium spicy.
・If you are using grated garlic and ginger in tubes, use 1 teaspoon.
- You can also use minced chicken breast by removing the skin and blending it in a food processor.
・Salt (for broccoli) can be substituted with 4 shakes of umami seasoning.
