- (A) Bonito powder : 大さじ1/2
- そうめん : 2束
- (A) Grated ginger : 適量
- (A) Chopped green onions : 適量
- みょうが : 適量

そうめんを茹でる

鍋にお湯(分量外)を沸かし、そうめんを入れて規定時間茹でる。
そうめんをザルにあけ、流水でよく洗ってぬめりと粗熱を取る。
氷水(分量外)に浸けてよく冷やす。
水気をよく絞る。 -

盛り付ける

丼に1を流し入れ、そうめんを入れて整える。
(A)と細切りにしたみょうがをトッピングしたら完成。
Point
