Procedure

Prepare the burdock root

Cut the burdock into thin diagonal slices 7mm wide.
Immediately after, transfer to a heat-resistant bowl and soak in water (not included in the recipe) for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness.
Drain the water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.

Add burdock and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the water evaporates and it's done.

- By heating the burdock in the microwave beforehand, you can save time when stir-frying.
・We use garlic tubes for grated garlic.
-Adding grated pear to yakiniku sauce will also make it delicious.
・The amount of yakiniku sauce recommended is enough to make about 7 tablespoons.
